Elana Kravitz, LMSW
I’m a licensed psychtherapist with a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, family dynamics and academic-related stress. With expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I work with clients to create a unique tool kit of strategies and positive coping mechanisms for emotional awareness and resilience.
I am passionate about helping young people develop awareness and insight into who they are and cultivate an innate sense of confidence. We works to ride the waves of stress, balance emotional reactions, and overcome challenges related to school, social pressures, and building up your identity. I pride myself on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions while learning practical tools for creating balance while finding more meaning and joy.
