PSYCHOTHERAPY
Therapy helps us to bring together the conscious and the unconscious parts of our minds. Our therapists lead with empathy, authenticity and warmth. They will get in the weeds with you to help identify your strengths and perceived limitations; helping you to get unstuck. These sessions offer you the opportunity to see how things can be instead of how they’ve always been.
Our therapists are all trained and certified in a wide range of specific evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, breath work, somatic experiencing, EMDR & IFS (internal family systems).

COUPLES THERAPY
Couples work can provide a contextual space to strengthen you relationship and prime you both for meaningful communication. Whether you are both coming in preventatively, or there seems to be an acute pain point within your relationship, couples work can provide a rich foundation for you both to examine the parts and patterns that you as individuals are brining into to your relational whole and learn how these parts co-mingle with one another.
Couples work takes root in language and communication, building upon an already strong spoken foundation or widening your unit’s emotional lexicon. From here we can begin to address complex and sensitive topics more effectively and set yourselves up for a healthier future together.

SUPPORT CIRCLES
In our hyper-connected world, we’re more disconnected from shared human experiences than ever before. We’ve formed these groups with the intent of creating a space where modern adults can come together, share and heal with one another. Carving out time in your week to intentionally engage with other people, wrestle with experiences and ideas with the goal of feeling less alone and more connected to your purpose. Anxiety, depression and general dissatisfaction just scratch the suface of what brings people to our office. However, most of our clients struggle with finding satisfaction and meaning in their everyday lives. We help clients struggling with the difficulties of life transitions including new relationships, marriage and parenthood. We help women navigate pregnancy and the postpartum period with a knack for maternal mental health. We help teens navigate the social and academic difficulties of middle + high school. We help driven professionals find more passion and purpose in their careers; with many of our therapists acutely aware of challenging corporate culture + burnout as career changers. We support people who need care surrounding complex grief, loss and chronic health issues. We are trauma-informed therapists who understand the nuance of trauma and it’s impact on the body and mind.
