I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT-LP) and Certified Peer Recovery Advocate (CPRA) who brings over a decade of experience to the field of self-improvement and recovery.
I’ve undergone comprehensive training and practical expertise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Medicated Assisted Treatment all through a Harm Reduction model. I work with individuals, families and couples who are trying to foster connection, growth and balance in their lives. I’ve worked at the Mount Sinai Addiction Institute and have a particular passion for working with individuals, partners and families of individuals struggling with addiction. Additionally, I work with individuals privately as a recovery coach.
